Our team moved on-site to handle the physical setup: assembling modern modular display stands, locking in directional spotlight systems, and organizing thousands of bottles into perfect geometric layers to transform a simple corner into a luxury retail display.

When the Kazakh Tennis Federation prepared to host a thrilling Davis Cup tie, the strategic marketing playbooks required immediate, high-fidelity innovation. The foundational alignment was beautifully obvious: global tennis powerhouse Iga Swiatek, holding the dominant rank as the world’s number-one women’s singles player, served as the leading brand ambassador for OSHEE.

With that elite sports equity locked in, securing a partial sponsorship for the 2024 Davis Cup tie became our definitive opening. The objective? Design, source, and completely execute a custom commercial pop-up experience under rigid venue constraints, turning a blank stadium footprint into a highly visible, premium brand hub over a fast-paced two-day tournament schedule.

Phase II: Sourcing Local Artisans & The Ambassador Strategy

To protect the lifestyle-first aesthetic from looking like generic corporate marketing, we customized the apparel strategy from the ground up. We mapped out clean, minimalist merchandise designs in Figma, then bypassed major factories to partner with local designers who hand-crafted the premium capsule collections. Sourcing elite brand ambassadors was the final touch—and to ensure the presentation met our exact standards, I stepped in directly to manage client engagement on the ground.

Phase III: Capitalizing on Quiet Windows for Creative Assets

The real magic occurred in the high-stakes windows when match rotations paused and client traffic settled. Instead of letting the space sit empty, we instantly pivoted into an aggressive creative studio. We led our models directly onto the professional hardcourts, directing fast-paced, high-end editorial photoshoots and creating trendy, lifestyle-oriented short-form video assets. This allowed us to extract maximum digital media value from a live, real-time sports footprint.

Bringing the NBA Energy to Central Asia: The Astana Basketball Sponsorship

To capture the high-energy lifestyle space, we engineered a full courtside partnership with the premier Astana Basketball team. The strategy targeted the arena's most visible moments—the halftime show. We completely bypassed typical, passive court-side banner placement to inject high-octane American sports culture straight into the regional landscape.

The activation took over the arena floor with a towering, custom OSHEE mascot running full-court entertainment alongside professional dancers outfitted in custom basketball apparel. We then introduced an immersive, crowd-interactive half-court shooting competition modeled after classic NBA game nights.

Led by a high-energy live host we scouted and hired, fans were brought onto the hardwood to attempt the legendary half-court shot for a massive, custom-tiered reward package of premium functional beverages. The resulting crowd energy turned a standard timeout into a roaring, high-visibility branding victory.

Operating as a strategic community partner, the brand kept the entire league completely supplied with premium functional beverages during intense tournament and training schedules, establishing deep goodwill with regional families.

Simultaneously, our creative team moved directly down to the ice sheets, using the raw lighting and crisp movement of the sport to capture authentic, documentary-style media assets with the team.
